Cancellation Policy:

Reservations for services outside of the New York Metropolitan area (NY, NJ, CT) of state reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in billing of your account in full. For local pick-up and drop off services between 9AM and 12 PM cancellations may be made with 5 hours notice. Any reservations made for pick up between 12:01AM and 8:59AM require cancellation 12 hours prior. Failure to cancel within these guidelines will result in billing in full. No refunds will be made for a failure to cancel your reservation as noted above.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to add the proper sales tax for taxable products in orders placed by residents of the State of New Jersey.

Reservation Status/Tracking:

We make every effort to keep you informed on the status of your reservation. If you ever have a question concerning your order status your best option is to drop us an e-mail click here or call us at 1-800-868-8678. We will be happy to pull up your reservation and let you know exactly what the status is. You can also login to your account to view the status or print a receipt.

Returns:

Because Alpine Limousine provides a service there are no returns.
